Refund Policy

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued by Genius Computer Education.

1. Course Cancellation by Student

Students may request cancellation of enrollment within 7 days of admission, subject to a deduction of 10% of the total fee as processing charges. No refunds will be provided after 7 days of enrollment.

2. Course Cancellation by Institute

If the institute cancels a course due to unavoidable circumstances, full refund will be provided to all enrolled students.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing along with original receipt. Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are non-refundable: registration fees, admission fees, and any material charges already incurred.

5. Payment Method

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specified.

6. Documentation

Students must provide original fee receipt and identity proof for refund processing.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, the decision of the institute management will be final and binding.
